TKBVOICE is all about connecting people and collaborating to make Towyn and Kinmel Bay the best place it can be to live, work, play and visit.

We are looking for people with vision, and doers – residents who want to make a difference, community activists, local business people, and members of the voluntary and community sector in Towyn and Kinmel Bay who are positive, and ambitious, with a willingness to listen, to hearing different views, to collaborating and turning great ideas into action!

We positively encourage young people to apply across all categories, as we want to future proof our approach. For this reason, as a bare minimum, we have two members under 25 year old on the partnership.

The Community Partnership meets meet monthly for up to 90 minutes. The Partnership is guided by its terms of reference and was hosted by Towyn and Kinmel Bay Town Council during its formation. As it develops an alternative host organisation might emerge. This will be for the Community Partnership engaging with local people to decide.

The Partnership's terms of reference were approved at the inaugural meeting of the Community Partnership on 7 April, and can be found here. The terms will be reviewed by the Partnership to ensure they are fit for purpose.

It is assumed that by expressing interest in joining the Community Partnership that you are accepting to abide by these terms. Meetings are a mix of face to face and online depending on the nature of the business and environment at the time.

The deadline for expressions of interest is midnight on XXXXX. Applications will be considered by a Panel which includes nominated members of the Community Partnership, and two representatives of a community group/organisation, a local business.

We will contact successful applicants by 5pm XXXX about our decision.

All members are expected to attend meetings of the Community Partnership regularly.
